2003 British Open Shogi Championships - Results


Report:

The 2003 British Open Shogi Championships were held on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May at Parkside Community College in Cambridge, UK, as part of the MSO Cambridge 2003 weekend. We hope to again be part of MSO Cambridge in 2004.

Special thanks are due to MSO Cambridge for allowing us to share their venue.


Prizes:

2003 British Open Shogi Championships
British Champion: Tony Hosking - 5 wins (SOS=17)
Runner-up: Les Blackstock - 5 wins (SOS=14)
3rd place (and highest Kyu player): Dave Faldon - 4 wins (SOS=18)
